In a project team formed through arm's length contracts the owner needs a dedicated party to represent its interest and exert its influence. In the absence of an in-house project management department that is qualified to manage the type of project that is planned, the owner will need expert advice and service from a party that has full allegiance and is independent from any current and future construction contracts with the other contracted parties. Depending on your needs, Procon IQ can become your Program Management Office (PMO) or can augment your existing project team in various roles and capacities including project controls, risk management, estimating, cost engineering, scheduling, project financing, contract and proposal management.
